The template
A company OS for Claude Code, with the go-to-market parts built in
- A constitution for Claude (CLAUDE.md), agents with roles, and every repeatable job written as a skill with its own success criteria and run log.
- Signal sourcing: careers pages, EU public tenders, accelerator directories, each company scored.
- Qualification: an evidence pack per company, and a qualifier calibrated blind against your own past decisions before it touches a new row.
- Contacts: an email-finding waterfall across free tiers, and the domain setup that keeps mail out of spam.
- Messages and replies: short-message rules, a signal-led sequence, and reply scoring in 11 buckets.
- Lead magnets built from public data, rendered to PDF.

The course
Build your GTM OS with Claude Code
- One 90-minute live session a week, Thursdays at 18:00 Paris time, recorded.
- Office hours on Mondays, and a private Discord for the cohort.
- Each week ends with that part of the template running on your own market and your own data.
- A small cohort: 15 places.

Who it is for
Founders and go-to-market people at software companies who use Claude Code, or want to, and would rather own their outbound system than rent it.
No LinkedIn bot
The template never logs in to LinkedIn or sends there. The course covers a pace you keep by hand.
No bought lists of people
Companies come from public signals. People are looked up one company at a time, for a reason you can name.
No promised numbers
You get the system and the method. Replies and calls depend on your market and your offer.
No code background needed, but a terminal
You run commands and edit text files. Claude Code writes most of the rest; the course shows how.

Who builds it
I'm Myroslav Sabelnykov. I run Vurell, a go-to-market agency for software companies, from this system, and I build it in public. One example run: 2,668 startup sites checked for an open selling role, 125 hits, 12 kept after review against my market. The careers-page skill that did it is free on GitHub.
