What it means if you sell software development into Germany

A company that has been trying to hire a developer for two months is short of people now. Its job ad is public, dated and specific: the stack, the city, the team.

That is the signal Vurell uses. For a software studio or outsourcer, we find the companies hiring your stack, write to them in your name, and book the calls. $500 for a 30-day pilot, then $200 for each call that actually happens.

Method

Source. Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Jobsuche API (rest.arbeitsagentur.de, jobsuche-service v6). Read on 16 October 2026, every result page for each of React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, PHP and Flutter.

What counts. Regular jobs only: temporary work and private placement are switched off in the search. The title must name a software role. 75 postings by staffing and recruiting firms and 252 by public bodies and large groups are left out, because this snapshot is about small and mid-sized employers. Postings are counted once by their reference number.

Days listed. Counted from the first publication date. A repost under a new reference restarts that date, so every age is a floor. A posting stays on the board until the employer removes it, so some long-listed ads are evergreen rather than unfilled.
