A 30-day pilot: qualified leads from the companies in Europe that need what you build now.
$500 up front, then $300 for each qualified lead we hand you. The first 3 clients pay $0 up front, in exchange for a written review. We find the companies through public signals, write to them in your name, follow up by phone, and run the first call ourselves. Your team sells.
What the pilot includes
-
01Week one
Signal and list
Agencies call it: ICP, lead lists, intent data
- The public signal that says your buyer needs what you sell now, picked with you for your product.
- The companies showing that signal, each with the evidence and a link to it.
- The exclusions: who looks right and is not, and why.
- The person to write to at each company.
-
02Week one
Message
Agencies call it: copywriting, cold email
- A four-step email sequence in your name. Each first email names the signal the company shows.
- LinkedIn notes from your own account, if you want them.
- Every claim in your messages checked against something you can prove.
- You read every message before the first send.
-
03The whole month
Sending and booking
Agencies call it: outbound, appointment setting, SDR as a service
- Two secondary domains you own, about €20, set up with their domain records and a warm-up.
- Sending in your name. You hold every account and every password.
- Follow-up calls by phone after the emails, in English, French or Ukrainian.
- Replies handled, and the first call with each interested company run by us.
- The ones that are ready handed to your team with notes: the need, the timing, who decides.
-
04Every week
Report
Agencies call it: pipeline reporting
- A weekly report: sent, replies, calls booked, calls held, and the reason for every no.
- One change tested at a time, written down before it is read.
- At the end you keep the company list, the messages and every reply.
Signals we track
For each product we pick the public signal that says a company needs it now. Germany and France first.
| You sell | The signal | Where we find it |
|---|---|---|
| Software development, outsourcing, dedicated teams | A developer role open for 30 days or more | The German federal employment agency's job board. This month's numbers |
| Business software for small firms | A firm of 6 to 49 people hiring an office assistant, or a company that just moved into the next size band | The French company register and job boards |
| Other software | Picked with you before the pilot starts | Public company registers and job boards |
What counts as a call
Before the pilot starts we agree in writing what a qualified lead is: the company size, the country, and the role of the person we speak to.
Only a first call we held, with a company that fits that definition, handed to you with notes, is billed, at $300. A call that does not happen costs nothing.
Thirty days
| Days | Stage | You get |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 7 | Setup | The signal, the company list, the messages and the domains. You read every message before the first send. |
| 8 to 30 | Sending | Emails in your name, phone follow-ups, replies handled, first calls run by us and qualified leads handed over, a report every week. New domains need a warm-up, so sending starts small and grows over the month. |
| 30 | Review | The numbers: sent, replies, first calls held, qualified leads handed over. You decide whether to continue. |
What we do not do
Promise that a company will buy.
We run the first call and hand you the ones that are ready. You sell, and nothing about the outcome of a call is guaranteed.
Send without your read.
You see every message before the first send.
Lists by the thousand.
Every company on the list shows the signal, with the evidence and a link.
Long retainers.
The pilot is 30 days. After it you decide whether to continue.
